Elitha’s by NIAS Presents: Tóyọ̀sí Saliu — “Polished Grit”—

ELITHA'S GALLERY PRESENTS

TÓYỌ̀SÍ SALIU — “POLISHED GRIT”

18–31 May 2025 | 1b Holborn Circus, London EC1N 2HA
Open Weekdays: 11am–4pm | Saturdays: 12pm–5pm

An Exhibition of Regal Modernity and Timeless Heritage

Elitha’s Fine Art & Collectibles Gallery is proud to present “Polished Grit”, a bold solo exhibition by rising African contemporary artist Tóyọ̀sí Saliu, whose work is fast capturing the attention of global collectors and critics alike.

Blending architectural minimalism with the opulence of cultural memory, Saliu’s latest collection speaks to a discerning audience—those who appreciate the art of strategy, precision, and impact. Her works are visceral yet refined, sculptural yet spiritual—crafted for those who understand that power often resides in nuance.

For Collectors, Thinkers, Tastemakers

This exhibition is a rare opportunity to witness a new African visual language unfold—where gold leaf meets textured abstraction, and identity is rendered not as spectacle but as structure.

Whether you’re a collector looking for tomorrow’s blue-chip artist, a consultant seeking visual clarity in complexity, a financier with a trained eye for long-term value—or simply a curious mind attuned to global conversations—Saliu’s work delivers on every level.

The Artist

Tóyọ̀sí Saliu explores African identity, royalty, psychology, and place through sculpture, painting, and mixed media. Influenced by Nigerian and Ghanaian aesthetics, she employs materials such as 24-karat gold, plaster, and oil to evoke stories of heritage reimagined for a modern world.

Her signature is what she calls “polished grit”—a visual and tactile language of transformation. Think complexity disguised in calm; power beneath restraint.

Location

Elitha’s Fine Art & Collectibles Gallery is strategically located minutes from Goldman Sachs London HQ, the Spanish Embassy, and Amazon HQ, Elitha’s Gallery offers a cultural interlude amidst commerce, diplomacy, and innovation.
